TCP Provider: Timeout error [258] when running DB Optimisation

Troubleshooting


Problem

When running Database Optimisation with Remove Period Zero Values for periods e.g. 2024 and 2025, the following error occurs:

Source: FrangoDirect.Optimize.DeletePeriodZeroValues#System.Web.Services
Description: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request.
---> System.Exception: Communication link failure
TCP Provider: Timeout error [258].
