  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR adds ALT usability and        *
  *                      quality improvements.                   *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR adds the following improvements and fixes to the ALT
  functionality:
  1. Dropping a primary column on a system-period temporal table
  automatically adjusts the history table and its primary index.
  2. When ALT is used on a system-period temporal table and a WSL
  is generated and submitted, the history table space is returned
  to RW state after completion.
  3. ALT for indexes works correctly for indexes with a double
  quotation mark (") in a schema or name.
  4. For ALT on a table space, ALTER PARTITION statements are
  generated using correct physical partition numbers.
  5. When a partition is split in ALT on a table space, only the
  required statements are generated.
  6. When a BUSINESS_TIME WITHOUT OVERLAPS column is the only
  column in a unique constraint and is dropped by using ALT,
  the WSL contains a correct CREATE TABLE statement.
  7. When several indexes are added to the ALT scope, index names
  are correctly displayed when one of the indexes is being
  renamed.
