Abstract

This repository contains a Maximo IT watsonx Orchestrate Agent designed to analyze and manage IT incidents using IBM Maximo. It offers AI‑recommended solutions by interpreting ticket details, extracting symptoms, causes, and resolution steps, then either updating or creating solution records in Maximo. The knowledge management AI agent will extract knowledge article from the resolved or closed incidents by analyzing their worklogs and other metadata.
