• In a DRF job, ABENDU1002 (REASON CODE=00000004) occurs in
  DFS3DBLC when IMS management of ACBs is enabled and a large
  metadata DBD is used.

  *                      = 00000004) occurs in DFS3DBLC when     *
  *                      IMS management of ACBs is enabled and   *
  *                      a large metadata DBD is used.           *
  ****************************************************************
  When recovering a DB with a large metadata DBD, an ABEND U1002
  -00000004 occurred within the IMS module DFS3DBLC, which was
  called from the DFS3CATQ macro.
  According to the IMS manual, this ABEND U1002-00000004 indicates
  that a GETMAIN fail occurred due to insufficient storage.
  When IMS management of ACBs is enabled, DRF retrieves DBD
  information from the IMS Catalog using the IMS DFS3CATQ macro.
  The IMS catalog API (DFS3CATQ) loads DBD with large amounts of
  metadata below the 16MB line, resulting in storage shortages.

Problem conclusion

• DRF is modified to ues the new EXTATTR=NONE parameter to the IMS
  catalog API (DFS3CATQ) so that DBD without metadata is loaded.
