• The scope parm limits the execution of the update command to a
  specific CICS region or CICS group .

  1.When there is a failure in a Step (or activity or action) and
    there is no Conditional Attribute in the deployment method,
    the deployment doesn't end with a return code.?It continues as
    if there were no error. The evidence file is correct.
  2.The parameter "scope", part of cics definition in environment
    file, is not taken into account in the request done by
    cics_cmci_update building block. In that case, the artifact's
    update on the CICS cannot be done correctly.
