  Return code is 16 when non-unique segment updates are required

  When non-unique segment updates are required in Apply phase for
  MAINTAIN ONLINE(Y) or CONVERT ONLINE(Y), the RBA information
  needs to be saved in the Reload phase. However, that information
  was not properly saved. This causes an error to occur during
  the processing of HALDB Toollkit, which is handled as Sort Exit
  E35.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed to save the RBA information correctly.
