• Enhancement needed for IBM Z Performance and Capacity
  Analytics 3.1.0 and IBM Z Decision Support 1.9.0:
  
  1. Update field names to UPPERCASE, correct typo nULL to NULL
     on the impacted tables.
  2. Increase the length of column REMOTE_ID and get the new
     value from field FT_FCIUserId for record SMF_119 in tables
     TCP_FTP_CLIENT_T, TCP_FTP_CLIENT_H, TCP_FTP_CLIENT_D and
     TCP_FTP_CLIENT_W.
  3. Update field SMF90T40_ETOD definition to TIMESTAMP(TOD) in
     record SMF_090.
  4. Update field name SMF89_BI to SMF030_BI.
  5. Add new fields for system recovery boost in record SMF_099.
  6. Add a space between the ',' and the character that is c
     causing the error
