Error description

• 1) With regard to REORG TS and REORG IX utility job generation:
  The keyword "PARALLEL n" is omitted when:
       a) LISTDEFS are NOT used
       b) DISCARD processing is specified - which forces LISTDEFs
          to not be used.
  2) REORG IX - PRI and SEC allocations can be incorrect for DD
     SYSUT1
  3) Remove erroneous/confusing content from unnecessary
     SDAJSAMP members DAJV42 and DAJV42C
  4) Remove erroneous/confusing content from unnecessary SDAJSDENU
     members DAJV43 and DAJV43C
