Error description

• The DB2 Analytics Accelerator (IDAA) Loader is experiencing
  intermittent timeouts on system table SYSACCELERATEDTABLES.
  Suggestions to overcome the issue by converting
  DSNACCEL.SYSACCEL to a Universal Table Space/UTS) did not
  resolve the issue.
  The issue is accompanied by the following messages:
  - Resource unavailable errors (DSNT501I) with reason code
    00C9008E
  - Timeout errors (DSNT376I) between concurrent IDAA Loader
    processes
  - SQL error -913 (deadlock or timeout) when accessing
    DSNACCEL.SYSTSACT tables.

  Looking into the logs has identified the following:
  - Application jobs fail due to resource unavailability
  - Multiple loader sessions experience contention when accessing
    the same system tables
  - The Stored Procedures ACCEL_GET_TABLES_INFO /
    ACCEL_GET_TABLES_DETAILS fail with timeout errors.
