Error description
A "populator" extension point is loaded that gets used to associate MVS file subsystem instances (RSE model) with IOSIMage instances (part of a special RSE-independent RDz model). The code that does this associating is normally triggered by RSE resource change events for adding connections - called whenever a new RSE connection is created (either explicitly by a user or by loading the RSE DOM at startup time). In the cases where "Failed to get system mapping file path name" occurs, the event that triggers the populator extension point, which makes the associations, happens after the failure to get the system mapping for that connection. The code that tries to get the system mapping file path for the MVS file subsystem fails because it can't find the associated IOSImage at that time. There's a check that should have mitigated the missing mapping however it incorrectly uses a certain mask to determine whether the populator has already made the associations. If I fix that to also check that associations have been made, then I no longer see the error message.
