Error description

• A CICS task abends while processing terminal time out.
  
  CICS issues message:
  DFHSM0102 xxxxxxxx CESC A storage violation (code X'030B')
  has been detected by module DFHSMGF.
  
  The CICS trace shows transaction CESC, program DFHTFIQ issuing
  this trace point:
  49400 QR    SM 030B SMGF  *EXC*
              Storage_check_failed_on_freemain_request
              FUNCTION(FREEMAIN)
              REMARK(APCOMM31)

  A CICS terminal reaches its RACF USER CICS(TIMEOUT( )) value
  and transaction CESC processes the timeout.
  
  CESC issues a FREEMAIN of APCOMM31 storage.
  
  If the FREEMAIN is forced to SUSPEND on the SMLOCK lock,
  and the terminal disconnects with a CLSDST,
  then it is possible for the CSNE task to issue a second FREEMAIN
  of the same area of APCOMM31 storage.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS has been modified to ensure that the second FREEMAIN
  is not issued.
