Summary
We would like to change the language displayed in the IBM Business Automation Insights (BAI) Business Performance Center (BPC) dashboards. Currently, the information is shown in English format, and we need it to be presented in X language
Objective
Change the language in BPC from English to a supported language.
Steps
There are two known methods to make the change
Method 1:
You can change the language format in BPC that by adding ?locale=<your locale> at the end of the BPC URL. So for instance if my BPC URL is:
//c51.xyz.ibm.com:9443/
I can append my locale, to Portuguese for instance, at the end of the URL, like
//c51.xyz.ibm.com:9443/?locale=pt
Now I would simply refresh the browser to see the change.
Method 2:
If using Chrome, you can click the vertical ellipsis on the top right corner and then click on the "Settings" option. A new tab should appear, click on "Languages" and "Add languages" to add one if not already in the list. The new language will appear, move it to the top using the vertical ellipsis option, and refresh your browser to see the change.

The languages that I have tested in BPC and have confirmed work with the above solution are as follows:
German local = de
Spanish local = es
French local = fr
Italian local = it
Japanese local = ja
Korean local = ko
Portuguese local = pt
Chinese (simplified) local = zh-CN
Chinese (traditional) local = zh-TW
