Error description

• The Db2 HPU step CPU time consumption noticeably increases after
  a Db2 HPU maintenance.
  
  This occurs if the following condition is fulfilled:
  - the maintenance is :
     - from Db2 HPU 5.1 before UI97393 application or Db2 HPU 5.2
       before application UI97541
     - to Db2 HPU 5.1 after UI97393 application or Db2 HPU 5.2
       after application UI97541 or Db2 HPU 6.1
  - zIIP processing is disabled
  

Local fix

• Enable zIIP processing if applicable
