Troubleshooting
Problem
When tracking license usage in a multi-cluster or hybrid environment, if a bundled product is removed from its parent product in the data source (for example, when it is reclassified under a different parent product for a past period) and the data is re-imported for the affected historical period, the visualization is not updated correctly.
The graph continues to display the removed bundled product under the original parent, even though it no longer exists in the updated data. However, the license calculation correctly reflects the removal, and usage values are recalculated accurately.
Symptom
Daily usage graph bars exceed the peak value threshold line.
Resolving The Problem
The fix for this issue is provided in version 4.2.21 of License Service Reporter.
