Error description

• There are over 5000 databases in the Db2s, but DLA only
  discovers 3719.
  Trace output shows
  DSNT306I  -D2B1 RESPONSE MESSAGE LIMIT HAS BEEN REACHED
  DSN9023I  -D2B1 DSNTDDIS 'DISPLAY DATABASE' ABNORMAL COMPLETION
  
  The amount of space allowed for the DISPLAY DATABASE command
  has been exceeded.

  ZOS DLA was unable to discover more than 3700 Databases because
  of DB2 internal limitations.
  

Problem conclusion

• APAR updated IZDRDB2 module to implement SQL query to
  retrieve the databases name instead of a Rexx exec.
