Sybase Agent Shows No Data on UI when Configured with Sybase Server 16.0 SP04

Troubleshooting


Problem

Sybase Agent is unable to establish connection with Sybase Server.

Symptom

When Sybase Agent is configured with Sybase Server 16.0 SP04 PL06 HF1, the collector unable to establish connection with server throwing error below in the logs:
>ESQ0630E (122027) Failed to open SYBASE Server connection
CGN1521E (122029) Interval collection failed for cursor HART1
YEM0155E (122029) Failed to open SYBASE Server connection
YCD0130E (122029) Unable to connect to SYBASE server:SQLTST600, id:tivoli, Retcode= 0
CGN1521E (122029) Interval collection failed for cursor HART2
CGN1525E (122029) One or more interval cursors failed
>ESQ0630E (122127) Failed to open SYBASE Server connection
