Enhancements in IDR 11.4.0.5-5808 for CDC Replication Engine for Iceberg

• CDC Iceberg now supports creating tables
• CDC now supports TLS server authentication as an option in addition to TLS mutual authentication.
• CDC now supports custom charsets loaded from *.cnv files that have been compiled from ICU (International Components for Unicode) *.ucm files.

Bugs fixed in IDR 11.4.0.5-5808 for CDC Replication Engine for Iceberg

• When a target variable-length binary column is overridden with an encoding, the data is padded with spaces. The fix changes the data that is applied to the target column so that it is no longer padded with spaces. In order to repair incorrect target column data, if may be necessary to refresh target tables containing variable-length binary columns with encoding overrides.
• When a source variable-length binary column is overridden with an encoding, the column is described to the target as a fixed-length character column. The fix describes these columns as a variable-length character column. After upgrading, source tables containing these columns will be redescribed as variable length to the target.
