APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An abend S478 reason 4 may occur in GZDACT4.  This occurs in
  unusual circumstances, but results from attempting a FREEMAIN
  of an area that was not obtained, so the address and length
  used were both 0.

  An attempt is made to free an area used during activation
  on a non-owning system but the area wasn't acquired, so the
  address was 0.
  

Problem conclusion

• The address of the area to be freed is now being checked to
  ensure it is a valid address.
