Agent upgrade fails with "error 19" during updateLWAAction.sh step

Resolving The Problem

The error suggests that either the INI file is not present or it is corrupted. Perform below steps to resolve the problem:

1) Check if the teb_tws_cpa_agent_instanceuser.ini file is present under /etc/teb/

2) If the file is missing, manually create the INI file under /etc/teb/ directory. You can refer any working DA/FTA for the file content. In usual scenario, the file should look like below:

[root@FTA teb]# pwd
/etc/teb

[root@FTA teb]# cat teb_tws_cpa_agent_ftauser.ini
TEB_Version = 1.0.0.0
TEB_BuildDate = 2023/03/29
TEB_HomeDirectory = /opt/FTA/TWS/ITA/cpa
TEB_ConfigHomeDirectory = /opt/FTA/TWSDATA/ITA/cpa
TEB_Exploiters = TWS
TEB_User = ftauser
[root@FTA teb]#

NOTE: You would need to update the TEB_HomeDirectory, TEB_ConfigHomeDirectory and TEB_User based on your dynamic agent environment.

4) Make sure the permissions are set as of a working environment.

5) Retry the upgrade.
