Content
You are in: RPG Cafe Fall 2025: New date formats for conversions: *DMYY, *MDYY, and *YYMD

Fall 2025: New date formats for conversions: *DMYY, *MDYY, and *YYMD
These new formats are similar to the existing formats *EUR, *USA, *ISO, and *JIS but these formats support more separators. These new formats support the same separators as *DMY, *MDY, and *YMD.
These new formats can't be used for defining date variables, but they can be used in these operations:
- %CHAR(date : *MDYY)
- %DEC(date : *DMYY)
- %DATE(string : *YMDD)
- %DATE(num : *MDYY)
- MOVE and MOVEL
- TEST(D)
