PH67377: UNABLE TO EXPAND DYNAMIC CLUSTER

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When admin has few Dynamic Clusters, trying to modify
  Membership policy under "Servers --> clusters > dynamic clusters
  > click on the DC" and changing this to "node_nodegroup =
  'DefaultNodeGroup' or node_nodegroup = '2019_nodes'", > apply >
  Save, for any of the DC and this change suppose to expand the
  members but it is not doing that.

  ensuring valid templates are retained for member expansion.
  

Problem conclusion

• Dynamic Cluster membership policy now expand members as
  expected. Templates are preserved correctly, and expansion
  failures are resolved.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.29 and 9.0.5.26.
