  IEC984I DOPCPRT,nnnn,ddddd,xxxxx.EVLIB.XML.DSNTRIG

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: EQQRXTRG and EQQRXTR1 do not check the  *
  *                      XML file and they access it in output.  *
  ****************************************************************
  EQQRXTRG and EQQRXTR1 do not check that the XML file has to be
  defined sequential and with record format FIXED.
  Moreover they open the data set in OUTPUT.
  With this APAR a check on the XML data set is done. If the data
  set is not sequential or if the record format is not fixed an
  error is issued.
  Moreover the XML data set is now opened in INPUT.
  The APAR implements the IDEA ZWS-I-312.
