Problem summary

  DFHJUP jobs fail when run on z/OS R3.2, with error message
  DFHJC4522 (SYSUT1 had a permanent I/O Error). This is since the
  check for IXGSXCMP_latest_version is testing against a lower
  value than the one set by z/OS R3.2.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHLGIGT has been changed to remove this unnecessary test.
