Abstract
This Support Technical Exchange is designed to discuss the ability of CICS Transaction Server for z/OS (CICS TS) to provide substantial improvements in MVS Parallel Sysplex exploitation and data sharing with integrity. Transactional VSAM (DFSMStvs) enables batch applications to share recoverable VSAM data with integrity with multiple CICS regions in the Sysplex.
