Problem

A JVM security error occurs when installing IBM Sterling Connect:Direct File Agent 1.4.0 on Windows.

Symptom

After launching the File Agent installer, a JVM security error pops up:
Security Error! The JVM used for this installer seems to have been installed in a unsecured location (non-admin user folder). Installer would now exit.
