Abstract

z Workload Scheduler 9.5.0 goes out of support September 30, 2025.

Former product names include OPC, Tivoli Workload Scheduler for z/OS, IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS

9.5 zWS will  go out of support  September 30, 2025.
This was announced August 6, 2024:

Support extensions for the 9.5 release may still be available if needed.

z Workload Scheduler 10.1 is out of marketing but can still be installed as a replacement for zWS 9.5.  It is not available on Shop Zseries but can be obtained via a special order process.

Note:  Direct (one-step) migration to zWS 10.2 is available only from 9.5 and 10.1.
Direct migration to zWS 10.1 is available from 9.3 or 9.5.
