* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Object Comparison summary report    *
*                      displays version 'V1' for external      *
*                      stored procedures.                      *
*                                                              *
****************************************************************
When a Change Management (CM) batch job is used to add an
external stored procedure, the Object Comparison summary report
incorrectly displays the default version 'V1' for the procedure.
This issue is caused by the DDL reader incorrectly assigning
version 'V1' to non-SQL procedures.
