APAR status

Error description

• Issue when using dzip. This statement from the documentation
  is not being honored:
  "size (int) - Specify how large to allocate datasets. Valid
  units are: CYL, TRK, K, M, G. Defaults to bytes if no unit is
  provided."
  When using 1.3.6.0 not specifying a space unit fails:
  stderr_response: BGYSC3910E Invalid size provided: 30B

  When the dzip utility is invoked with an output filename that
  already exists in the filesystem, the file is incorrectly
