PH67374: ERROR WHEN CREATING A CLUSTER MEMBER BASED OFF OF A TRADITIONAL APPLICATION SERVER TEMPLATE

Error description

• Users with the IBM Modernized Runtime Extension for Java (MoRE)
  feature pack installed will face an error when they create a
  cluster member based off of a traditional application server
  template
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Navigate to WebSphere application servers > Templates > new
  2. Using server1 (a traditional application server) create a new
  template called "Temp Template"
  3. Navigate to WebSphere application server clusters > New
  4. Create a new cluster "Temp Cluster" and for the member name u
  "Temp Member" and select the option to create from template "Tem
  Template-application-server"
  5. Finish the wizard and you will see an error message pop up
