Error description

• When reviewing DS8000 volumes in the Storage Insights
  classic UI, the "LSS or LCU" column does not follow a proper
  numerical or hexadecimal sorting sequence. Instead, the
  behavior produces an inconsistent order such as:
  
  01, 02, 09, 0a, 10, 0b, 11
  
  This indicates that the sorting logic being applied is
  string-based rather than numeric or hexadecimal, resulting
  in an incorrect and confusing presentation.
  
  The column sorting for "LSS or LCU" is incorrect, which can
  lead to confusion and difficulty when analyzing or managing
  DS8000 volumes in Storage Insights.
