Problem
Planning Analytics Administration Agent is not reachable from Planning Analytics Workspace.
Symptom
Following error is seen the Planning Analytics Administration Agent messages.log file:
ERROR:status.py:Error getting the system details [None] : 'NoneType' object is unsubscriptable
