Error description

• In Zowe high-availability mode with a certificate-based DBA
  user, UMS must contact Zowe to get a specification of the Zowe
  ZSS server. UMS used the IP address returned, and this may cause
  failures if the server certificate for ZSS does not contain the
  IP address in the subject alternative name. With this fix, UMS
  will verify connectivity and use whichever of IP addresses and
  hostname is successful.
  
  Affected users: Users of the Unified Management Server for z/OS
  with certificate-based DBA users using the Zowe
  high-availability functionality
