Error description

• WAPL code changes to properly process the ADLAT segment
  according to SYNTAX=LEGACY statement.
  The effect of LEGACY will be to produce in output something
  like:
  ADLAT LATEALED(1) LATEALET(1002) LATEACTA(A) LATEACTD(2)
     LATEACTT(1102)
  in place of:
  ADLAT ALERTBASE(F) ALERTDIR(A) ALERTDD(1) ALERTDT(1002)
     ACTIONBASE(F) ACTIONDIR(A) ACTIONACT(A) ACTIONDD(2)
     ACTIONDT(1102)
  when LEGACY is not specified.

  are not converted to the corresponding BCIT statement names,
  for example:
  LATEALET, LATEACTA, LATEACTT
  

Problem conclusion

• The EQQREF file has been updated to properly set the ADLAT
  section field names when LEGACY option is used in WAPL
