Error description

• A potential issue has been identified when generating an Audit
  mode load file. In certain scenarios, this may result in either:
  
  * A 0C4 abend, or
  * The generation of an incorrect load file
  
  This APAR reverts the data type of the TIMESTAMP header column
  in Audit mode back to CHAR(26), and it corrects Audit mode load
  file generation.
