Problem
The connection test from DOORS to RDS fails when anonymous binding is disabled in ibmslapd.conf
Symptom
In the DOORS Login Properties dialog, when correct host and port are specified, the <Test Connection> button will fail with the message:
"The connection test failed.
Could not connect to the specified RDS server"
