Answer

You can easily access and copy the System Information directly from the Maximo Manage user interface.

Follow the steps below to retrieve this information.

  1. Log in to your Maximo Manage or Maximo Asset Management application with a valid user account.

  2. In the top right corner of the main application header, locate and click the Help icon, which is represented by a question mark (?).

  3. From the dropdown menu that appears, select the System Information option.

  4. A new browser window or pop-up window will open, displaying the detailed system information. This includes details for the installed components, and database information.

  5. Click anywhere inside this new window. To select all the text, press Ctrl+A on your keyboard (or Cmd+A on a Mac).

  6. To copy the selected text, press Ctrl+C on your keyboard (or Cmd+C on a Mac).

  7. Paste the complete copied text (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) into a plain text document (e.g., using Notepad) to save it. You can then attach this file to your support case or paste the contents directly into your communication.
