• This fix resolves an issue where correcting the web server name
  in the routing rule configuration does not update the routing
  rule object as expected".

  If the routing rules configuration file contains a
  non-existent web server name prior to server startup, it can
  result in the Liberty collective dynamic routing component
  passing a null object in the routing rule. This issue persists
  after the web server name is corrected at the Liberty
  collective runtime
  

Problem conclusion

• The Liberty dynamic routing component now supports
  dynamic updating of
  both the web server name and the routing rule object at
  runtime when the initially provided web server name does not
  exist.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
