PH67721: CICS SENDS TWO WHITESPACE CHARACTERS IN THE DATE HEADER WHEN ISSUING A WEB SEND OR WEB CONVERSE REQUEST

Error description

• When CICS makes a WEB SEND or WEB CONVERSE request it includes
  two whitespace characters in the Date header as shown below,
  
  Date: Thu, 25 Jan 2024 11:26:41 GMT  ..
  
  HTTP-date is case sensitive.  A sender MUST NOT generate
  additional whitespace in an HTTP-date beyond that specifically
  included as SP in the grammar.

  When CICS issues a WEB SEND or WEB CONVERSE request, the Date
  header constructed in DFHWBCL contains two extra whitespace
  characters after GMT.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHWBCL has been updated to ensure the Date header is correct,
  the fix removes two unintended whitespace characters that
  appeared after GMT.
