OCR pods fail when processing documents in Automation Document Processing

Troubleshooting


Problem

When processing documents with Automation Document Processing, some documents fail.  Checking the status of the pods, it is found that the ocr-extraction, wdu-runtime, or wdu-extraction pods have crashed and been restarted.

Symptom

A check of the pod logs show that a SIGKILL error has occurred.
