PH67573: VPCEXIT2 sets VPC_BATCHRC to 1 instead of NOK if security verification fails

Error description

• When VPCEXIT2 encounters a security verification error like
  'FAILED ACCESS VALIDATION FOR SCRIPT GROUPS', it incorrectly
  sets the VPC_BATCHRC task global variable to 1 instead of NOK.
  
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOM
  
  The following REXX error may occur:
  
  126 +++ sec_groups = TRIM(sec_groups)
  
  EAGREX4300E Error 43 running compiled VPCEXIT2, line 126:
