PH67514: EXCEPTION IN MODULE 'DB2_BIND_PACKAGE' DURING EXECUTION IN WAZI DEPLOY V3.0.X WHEN ROUTED TO A SECOND MACHINE

Error description

• When using Wazi Deploy to deploy to production to another LPAR,
  customer launched a BINDPKG (Db2 Package Bind) job but the
  following error was received :
  
  14507zoautil_py.exceptions.JobFetchException: [ZOAUResponse]
  14508 rc: 8
  14509 response_format: UTF-8
  14510 stdout_response:
  
  14511 stderr_response: BGYSC3503E Failed to retrieve job list.
  14512 command: jls -j -o
  
  It works on the second attempt.
