• LogStream start position incorrectly starts at the first
  physical record instead of first timestamp matching record.
  The Log Stream CONNECT call is incorrectly positioned at the
  first physical record rather than first logical record.
  This results in unnecessary processing of older records.
  This APAR corrects the Log Stream CONNECT call to position at
  first logical record.
