Troubleshooting
Problem
When you install Rule Designer in Eclipse, you encounter several problems, including user interface issues, missing plug-ins, error messages, and broken About popup and Installation details button.
Symptom
You install Rule Designer by using the installation functionality in Eclipse. When you finish and try to use Rule Designer, you encounter several problems. The product log also lists the errors.
