Abstract

Organizations hosted on the na02 instance of IBM StreamSets Control Hub may have encountered intermittent issues with jobs (including starting, stopping, and viewing) and engine registration between 5:40 a.m. PT and 6:46 p.m. PT on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.

Description

IBM StreamSets Control Hub users with organizations on the na02 instance may have experienced intermittent service disruption with jobs (including starting, stopping, and viewing) and engine registration. The issue started at 5:40 a.m. PT and was remediated at 6:46 p.m. PT on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. 
 
Fix: 

The StreamSets Team has completed the root cause investigation. The issue was related to inefficiencies in certain database queries. The StreamSets team remediated this behavior during the July 23 emergency maintenance for IBM StreamSets Control Hub. The StreamSets team is taking necessary steps to avoid recurrence of the issue.
