Abstract
IBM StreamSets team is planning for an emergency maintenance on the na02 instance of IBM StreamSets Control Hub on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. PT. This maintenance will include a period when the service will not be available.
Description
During the maintenance window, users with organizations on the na02 instance of IBM StreamSets Control Hub may experience the following behavior:

The service will not be available for up to 30 minutes.

Registered Data Collectors and Transformers will continue to run pipeline jobs.

Jobs that are scheduled to be executed during this timeframe might be delayed or missed depending upon how their Missed Execution Handling setting has been configured. If users want their scheduled job or task to start once IBM StreamSets Control Hub Cloud starts, users will need to configure Missed Execution Handling to “Run All” or “Run Once”.

Platform functionalities like subscriptions, alerts, REST API endpoint, etc., might be affected.
After the maintenance window, StreamSets team will directly inform customers with jobs that had issues when started directly, through a Scheduled Task, or through a Sequence during the period of downtime. This information will include the affected jobs, Scheduled Tasks, and/or Sequences. However, if you have jobs automation outside of Scheduled Tasks and Sequences, StreamSets recommends you review it for any missed or failed actions during the period of downtime.
