Abstract
Organizations hosted on the na02 instance of IBM StreamSets Control Hub may have encountered intermittent issues with jobs (including starting and stopping) between 10:08 a.m. PT and 10:32 a.m. PT on Monday, June 30, 2025.
Description
IBM StreamSets Control Hub users with organizations on the na02 instance may have experienced intermittent service disruption with jobs (including starting and stopping). The issue started at 10:08 a.m. PT and was remediated at 10:32 a.m. PT on Monday, June 30, 2025.
Fix:
The StreamSets Team has completed the root cause investigation. The issue is related to an inefficiency in one of the backend processes. The StreamSets team is planning to address the issue in a future release of IBM StreamSets Control Hub.
