Environment Upgrade Requests

Guide on what support can be provided for environment upgrades

Currently, most environment upgrade requests will require a Custom Request. More information on how to submit one can be found here.

Custom Requests

Premium environments, such as Azure, AWS, or ROKS will require a Custom Request for anything other than a port opening request.

Any other requests, such as requirements for higher permissions or additional services will always need to have a Custom Request submitted and the Custom Request team will be able to review and assist with this further.

Support Cases

For more storage (such as CPU, RAM, or additional nodes) for VMware, IBM Cloud, or OCPv environments, please create a Support case for further reviewal.

Certain requests can be reviewed by support as well, such as upgrades for ports or storage.

* Please note that a request for an upgrade can be subject to a Custom Request as well.
