Troubleshooting
Problem
The QRadar WinCollect agent is reporting "There are no active destinations specified in the config file, therefore all results will be discarded" via either Heartbeats or the Wincollect.log
Symptom
WinCollect heartbeats are successful but there are no Windows events received by QRadar.
