Troubleshooting
Problem
After installing or upgrading the ClearCase Remote Client (CCRC) WAN server to ClearCase 9.1.0.9, https connections to the WAN server fail with the following errors:
- When using ClearTeam Explorer (CTE):
- Connecting to https://hostname:portnumber/ccrc displays this error message:
CRMAP7009: Command "Login" failed: Error: "Unable to connect to server at URL "https://w2022-std-ysq:16443/ccrc"" Error: "javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Remote host terminated the handshake" - Connecting to https://hostname/ccrc only provides the catch-all "Failed to connect...," message
- Connecting to https://hostname:portnumber/ccrc displays this error message:
- When using a browser
- Connecting to the https://server/ccrc URL, an “Internal Server Error” is displayed.
- Connecting to https://server:port/ccrc shows a terminated connection.
Under some conditions, the WAS profile may fail to start.
