  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM IMS Tools Base for z/OS     *
  *                 Version 1 Release 7 (FMID: HAHN170) who use  *
  *                 IMS Tools Online System Interface            *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: IMS control region terminates with      *
  *                      ABEND S075 ( ABEND075 ) when the IMS    *
  *                      Tools Online System Interface requests  *
  *                      the command during IMS shutdown.        *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  IMS control region terminates with ABEND S075 ( ABEND075 ) when
  the IMS Tools Online System Interface action command or IMS
  type-1 command is requested by the TOSI client during IMS
  shutdown.
  By this APAR, TOSI server modules running in the IMS control
  region reject the requested command and respond to the TOSI
  client with the return and reason code indicating IMS shutdown.
  

Problem conclusion
